Shipping Information

All watches listed on our website as “In stock” are immediately available and will typically ship within two (2) business days following order confirmation and payment verification. All watches listed as “Special order” typically ship within 5 to 7 business days following order confirmation and payment verification.

Domestic orders are shipped “signature required” via overnight FedEx or USPS. All packages are fully insured at no extra charge. Customers must be present to accept and sign for packages.

Payment by Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after approval and settlement by the credit card company, typically completed by 6 PM PST for orders placed before 2 PM PST. Orders placed after 2 PM PST may ship within two business days. All shipments must be sent to an address registered with the credit card company. There are no exceptions to this. If you wish to ship to a different address, please contact your credit card provider prior to purchase and set an “alternate shipping address”. Estimated delivery dates apply to orders received by 2 PM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No orders are processed on weekends or holidays, and items ordered together may ship separately.

Payment by Wire Transfer

Orders paid by wire transfer will ship upon confirmation of funds from our bank, with a cut-off time of 3 PM PST. Only wire transfers are accepted; other electronic payment methods will not be processed. Orders will be canceled if funds are not received or confirmed within two business days.

Payment via Google Checkout

Orders processed through Google Checkout will ship upon receipt of confirmation from Google Merchant Services. Approvals received by 3 PM PST will ship the same day; those received afterward will ship the next business day. Please note that PayPal orders can only be shipped to the verified address on record.

International Orders

We offer shipping for international customers at an additional fee, accepting only wire payments for these orders. Buyer responsible for all additional costs and fees to ship internationally.

Important Shipping Notes

A street address is required for FedEx delivery; P.O. Boxes and military addresses are not accepted. USPS orders must go to a street address or P.O. Box. All orders are shipped with signature required. Buyers are responsible for all delivered packages and must make accommodations for delivery. All orders require a signature upon delivery and will be shipped on business days only.

Sales and Use Tax Notice

Residents may owe use tax on purchases where sales tax was not charged, particularly for internet or mail-order transactions. If goods are shipped to your home state, use tax may apply. It is advisable to consult local tax authorities for specific guidance. This notice serves as general information and should not be considered legal or tax advice.
