At Duncan Watch Co., we are committed to ensuring that every customer experiences complete satisfaction with their purchase. We offer a hassle-free “no questions asked” return policy.
We accept returns for a full refund within three days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a refund. All pre-owned timepieces may be returned provided they are in the same condition as when they were sold and include all original packaging, documentation, accessories, and any accompanying materials.
- Before returning your watch, we kindly ask that you notify us via email at returns@duncanwatchco.com of your intent to initiate a return. This will help us facilitate the return process more efficiently. Please ensure that all return shipments are postmarked within three calendar days from the date you received your watch. Items must be received by shipping carrier within these three days. Only carrier tracking showing package will be accepted, labels and postage dates are not suitable proof of actual shipping.
- Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend insuring the shipment for its full value, as Duncan Watch Co. cannot be held liable for any packages lost in transit packages received empty.
- Upon confirmed receipt of the returned item, our expert watch technicians will conduct a meticulous inspection to verify that the watch is in its original condition and that all tags – particularly any “non-removable” tags – along with all items and accessories, are included. After this thorough inspection will we proceed with issuing a refund.
- Please be aware that the refund will be processed for the purchase price minus any return shipping and insurance fees incurred by Duncan Watch Co., as well as any transaction fees associated with the original purchase (including but not limited to credit card, Amazon, financing, third party platform fees or PayPal fees).
This return policy applies exclusively to online purchases; all sales made in-store and international transactions are considered final and are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you with the highest level of quality and customer care.
