Pre-owned Omega Seamaster Ploprof 1200M ref 227.90.55.21.04.001 is a modern evolution of the unique diver, which the brand initially released in the 1970s. Featuring a rather unorthodox design set, the Ploprof (short for plongeur professionnel – which is French for “professional diver”) features a bi-directional diver’s bezel secured by a pusher at 2 o’clock and a Helium Escape Valve. The result is an incredibly capable diver that can adventure as far as 1,200 meters/4,000 feet below the ocean’s surface. The collection has several variations, including the Omega 227.90.55.21.04.001 for sale here. Features include the Omega Master Chronometer 8912 Co-Axial movement, an electric Black ceramic bezel, a Black lacquered dial decorated with Super-LumiNova, and a grade 5 titanium “Sharkproof” mesh bracelet and case.
